Community Service Project: Ronald McDonald House Kids Charity Fun Run

Join other New York City children and your classmates in this annual run for charity on Saturday, November 13th in Central Park. The Ronald McDonald House is a temporary home for children who are seeking pediatric cancer treatment in NYC and don't have any other place to stay. These children come from all over the world in hopes of receiving the best treatments for their illnesses, most of which are cancer. The House gives these children and their families a place to call home. While the hospitals are treating the children’s illnesses, the House is treating the family!

Registration envelopes are available in many of the classrooms. Please return student registration by Wednesday, November 3rd to: Elena Keller, Christine Spinelli, or the CFA corner. The student registration fee is $25. In the registration envelopes, you also will find further details on the Fun Run and sponsor sheets for collections of donations from your friends and family. If you have any questions, please contact Christine Spinelli (c: 917-514-3300) or Elena Keller (c: 917-803-7879).
