Welcome to The Caedmon School
Dear Prospective Caedmon Family,
We are very excited to meet and get to know your family during the next several months. Our goal is to make your experience with our admissions process as calm and well-organized as possible. We hope that you enjoy learning about the four tenets of our school mission: Academic Excellence, Montessori, Diversity, and Community. This unique combination is not something you will find at any other independent school in New York City.
As you begin our admissions process, you will learn that one of the special aspects of our program is that we are an ongoing school, beginning with children as young as 2.8 years old and continuing through the 5th grade. Our mission is to educate students through the entire span of their childhood. As you explore our program for your family, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with all grade levels.
