Danica Rodriguez - Class of '07

Danica, now a  freshman at Little Red School House, has the lead role in their upcoming school play, Hairspray.  She has received rave reviews and all
performances all sold out!

To quote a staff member at Little Red..."We're very proud of her many
accomplishments as a student, performer, artist and community member.
There is no doubt in my mind that much of who she is comes from the
values instilled in her by both Caedmon and her wonderful parents."

William Doyle-Class of 1965

William's book A Soldiers Dream:  Captain Travis Patriquin and the Awakening of Iraq will be published June 7, 2011.  It is based on thousands of pages of declassified military documents and interviews with hundreds of Iraqis and American soldiers, marines and intelligence operatives and on Patriquin's own writings.  It is one of the most inspiring stories to emerge from the American experience in Iraq.

William is a Writer in Residence at the New York Public Library's Allen Room.  He is author of An American Insurrection:  James Meredith and the Battle of Oxford, Mississippi, 1962, which won the 2002 American Bar Association Silver Gavel Award and American Library Association Alex Award and was a Robert F. Kennedy Book Award Finalist and a Washington Post Best Book of the Year.  His previous book was Inside the Oval Office:  the White House Tapes from FDR to Clinton

Favorite Caedmon Memories

...the first time it snowed in my first year of Pre-K. When we got outside everyone was screaming, "It's snowing! It's snowing!" The first thing I wanted to do was go down the big slide with Jay Rodriguez. We were probably best friends at the time and all we wanted to do was play in the snow. When we got the courage to go on the big slide, we wanted to race. The race ended in a tie with hurt bottoms and wet snow pants.... That is how we started becoming better friends.

Alex Denzler - Class of '10:

My favorite Caedmon memory was when I was in Ms. Kelly's class for preschool.  I really loved being with my friends all day.  I also loved playing with Hunny Bunny.  Those were my favorite Caedmon memories.

Lauren Neis - Class of '09

My friends/my teachers. Ms. Lewis, Ms. Morga and Mrs. Kelly were the best teachers I ever had. No one compares.

Noah Petersen - Class of '10
