To Order Caedmon Merchandise Please Follow These Guidelines:
In the right hand column you may download either a pdf form or an excel sheet. After printing them out we ask that you fill the forms out completely so that we may expedite your order! Once completed and the amount is calculated, place the order form and payment (either cash or check) in an envelope and insert in the CFA mailbox behind the reception desk of the school. If paying by check please make payable to "Caedmon Family Association" with "CaedmonGear" in the memo.
