The Caedmon Discovery Camp
Our Philosphy:
The Caedmon Discovery Camp, much like the school, will incorporate the four tenets of our mission, which include Community Building, Montessori, Diversity, and Academic Excellence. One common trait is to provide an engaging environment where the campers own a sense of discovery and exploration that fuels the learning process. Also, the campers work collaboratively to shae their experiences, which may be cheering at a baseball game or proving a hypothesis at a science museum.
Our Sessions:
The full 6 week summer program runs weekdays from June 21st to July 30th, 2010. All campers will be dropped off and picked up everyday at 416 East 80th Street,) Camp will be closed on Monday, July 5th. Please remember, campers must be 2.9 by June 1st, 2010 in order to attend the Caedmon School Discovery camp.
Session 1: June 21 through July 2
Session 2: July 5 through July 16 (No camp on July 5th)
Session 3: July 19 through July 30
Our Camp Hours:
Staten Island Frogs:
Mondays through Friday: 8:30a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
All Other Groups:
Mondays through Thursdays: 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Fridays: 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Our Camp Fees:
Ages 2.9-3 Ages 4-11
6 weeks: $3,200 6 weeks: $3,700
4 weeks: $2,400 4 Weeks: $2,900
2 weeks: $1,350 2 weeks: $1,650
An enrollment deposit of $1,000 (which includes a non-refundable $500 registration fee) secures a place for your child at The Caedmon School Discovery Camp.
Camp Fees and all paperwork must be received on or before March 1, 2010. There will be a $500 late fee for late registration and paperwork.
