Parents Auxiliary

Our Parents Auxiliary is a well-organized, welcoming, and friendly group of enthusiastic parents. They work hard and have a good time doing so, because they know that their efforts are appreciated, and because they believe in the benefit they are bestowing on their children. As a result, Caedmon families enjoy a strong and gratifying sense of community.

In addition to raising a substantial amount of money for the school, they host many events designed to support, inform, or celebrate our community. These include:

  • Separation Coffees in the early weeks of September
  • “Back-to-School Night” in the early Fall
  • An all-school autumn picnic in Central Park
  • A Caedmon School merchandise outlet
  • Two Book Fairs in Fall and Spring
  • “Dad’s Night”
  • Bake Sales
  • A Holiday Gift Shop
  • A semi-formal Silent and Live Auction
  • A Teacher Appreciation Luncheon
  • School Photo Day
  • A Mother’s Day Raffle

All in all, you will find The Caedmon Parent’s Auxiliary, and the parent community in general, to be a warm and welcoming group of people committed to the school and its mission.
