As part of our effort to provide economical options for our Caedmon families, and to utilize our wonderful facility, Caedmon is available to host your child’s birthday party at the very reasonable cost of: $575.00

- Gym time and art project

- Personalized birthday cake & candles
- All paper goods
- 1 supervisor, 2 birthday party leaders and a maintenance person to set up and clean up.
- Balloons available for an additional $35.

- Maximum of 22 children (including birthday child)
- $15 each additional child.
Recommendations
- Consider holding your party without gifts and party favors.
- In lieu of gifts, offer an option to donate $1.00 in the birthday child’s name towards a Caedmon library book. Donations can be given to the host family.
- Consider a gratuity for the party leaders, maintenance person and pizza delivery person.
A 50% deposit is due on signing contract, with the final payment is due one week before the party. All checks are payable to The Caedmon School.
