The Caedmon Music School offers high-quality private lessons and engaging group classes taught by New York City’s most talented instructors and performing artists. Our program provides exceptional music education in a warm, supportive environment, helping students grow as musicians, creators, and confident learners.

Music Lessons & Classes in NYC

The Caedmon Music School welcomes students of all ages and skill levels—including adults—and enrollment is open to the entire community. The Caedmon Music School offers private lessons and group classes in piano, voice, classical guitar, rock guitar, violin, drums, cello, flute and recorder, trumpet, ukulele, and more. For our youngest musicians, we offer engaging early-childhood classes, including FunikiJam, Strum Buddies Ukulele, Circle Drumming, and Suzuki-based voice lessons. 

Music lessons are available Monday through Friday from 3:40–7:10 PM, with additional weekend options for flexible scheduling. We host winter and spring recitals featuring student performances, followed by receptions and award ceremonies celebrating their progress. Our summer program also offers opportunities to continue lessons or begin a new musical journey.

Many of our students go on to participate in prestigious music competitions both nationally and internationally, often earning top placements and performance opportunities at major venues such as Carnegie Hall.

All you need is a love of music and a desire to learn. Aspiring musicians of all ages and skill levels are welcome at The Caedmon Music School. Our private lessons and classes are open to the entire NYC community.
