Please note that registration cannot be accepted from families owing fees from prior terms. This will be strictly enforced.

Refunds

Tuition is fully refundable until the first class. A prorated refund of the course fee is available prior up to the third class. Refunds are not available after the third class.

Extended Day

Extended Day is available as a general childcare option for all families after 3:30 PM dismissal. After receiving a snack, students play outside in the courtyard or engage in crafts or indoor games in Caedmon’s downstairs space. Beginning in late September, students in grades 1 through 5 spend a portion of Extended Day, called Homework Helper, in a quiet classroom from 4:00–4:30 PM. Children may also attend Extended Day after dismissal while waiting for a later-starting music lesson. Similarly, children may go to Extended Day following an after school activity or music lesson.

The billing rate is $30/hour. Minutes and hours accrue through the month and the business office sends out an invoice at the end of each month. Families are only billed for the actual time their child is in Extended Day. As with Afterschool classes, Flex Tuition families are billed at a discounted rate. In addition, non-Flex Tuition families receive a 10% discount each month if the accrued time exceeds 10 hours.

Dismissal from Afterschool

ONLY the person(s) indicated on the registration form may pick children up following their Afterschool activity. Any changes in this procedure must be provided in writing to the school Registrar, Laura Capote, or the Afterschool Director, Slawomir Balon. If your child is in school, but will not attend Afterschool that day, please notify Mr. Balon.
