We’re delighted that you are considering The Caedmon School for your child. At the heart of our mission is a deep commitment to honoring each child as an individual. Our admissions process is designed to reflect that commitment—allowing us to get to know your child and your family personally, and to understand what matters most to you in a learning environment.

Below, you’ll find the steps in our admissions process for both our Preschool program and our Kindergarten/Elementary program.

OUR ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Preschool (Ages 20 months – 4 years 9 months)
 Required Steps:

• Early Childhood Group Tour, Presentation & Panel Discussion (In-person) – Register here
   
• Application for Admission    Apply Now
   Due: Thursday, January 8, 2026
   
• Interviews (scheduled after we receive your application)
   
  • Beginners: Family Interview (parent(s) and child)
  • Early Program Threes and Fours: Parent Interview + Small Group Child Interview
  • Early Program Fours: ISAAGNY form completed by current school

• Notification: Thursday, February 26, 2026, 10:00 a.m.
   
• Parent Reply Deadline: Thursday, March 5, 2026, 12:00 noon
   

Kindergarten & Elementary (Ages 4 years 8 months and up)
 Required Steps:

• Inquiry – Submit here

• Small Group Tour & Presentation, 1:1 Parent Interview, & Q&A Session Schedule here
• Application for Admission     Apply Now

Due: Tuesday, December 9, 2025

• Small Group Child Interview (scheduled after application submission)
   
• Supporting Documents: ISAAGNY form, report cards, and transcript from current school
   Due: Thursday, January 8, 2026, 5:00 p.m.

Kindergarten

• Notification: Thursday, February 5, 2026, 10:00 a.m.
   
• Parent Reply Deadline: Thursday, February 12, 2026, 12:00 noon

Grades 1–5

• Notification: Wednesday, February 11, 2026, 4:00 p.m.
   
• Parent Reply Deadline: Friday, February 27, 2026, 12:00 noon

We offer both  in-person and online opportunities  for families to get to know us before applying. Our events provide a glimpse into the joy, curiosity, and engagement our students experience every day. You are welcome to visit without submitting an application first.
