Blackbaud: Your Family Hub

Blackbaud is our secure online hub where you can easily manage the following in one place:

• Complete your child’s enrollment contract
• View billing statements and make payments
• Access report cards and attendance
• Update your family’s contact and emergency information
• Check the school calendar
• Search our directories and create your own “My Contacts” list for quick access to frequently used numbers and emails:

Pikmykid: Dismissal Made Easy

The Caedmon School uses Pikmykid, a secure and easy-to-use digital system for managing dismissal plans.

With Pikmykid, you can:

• Set up a daily dismissal plan
• Schedule early departures
• Update people authorized for pick up
• Make same-day dismissal changes
• Announce your arrival before reaching school for an efficient dismissal
• Receive alerts in case of an emergency

Seesaw: Your Child's Digital Portfolio

Seesaw is a student-driven digital portfolio where teachers and students capture the moments that make learning at Caedmon so special. In your child’s journal, you’ll see:

• Photos and videos from the classroom
• Digital work samples
• Updates and announcements from teachers

✨ All Seesaw journals are private—only your child’s teachers, classmates, and approved family members can access them.

Health Forms - Annual Requirements

Each year, families are required to submit updated health forms for their child. These forms help us keep your child safe and healthy at school.
