In Parent Portal:

On this page Caedmon parents will find information about and easy access to all of the digital programs we use at the school.

These include Radius, School Dismissal Manager, Seesaw, and Health Forms.

Radius

The Caedmon Radius Parent Portal is our central, secure hub where families execute their enrollment contracts, register for after school classes, music lessons, and camp programs, view billing statements, make payments, see report cards and more.

Radius FAQs

How to Log in to Radius

Go to Radius.
Enter your User ID (often included in email correspondence from the school)
Enter your password

(If you cannot remember your username or password, please email Gwenn Kapner, [email protected] to request assistance).

How to Update/Change Contact Information

In the upper right-hand corner of the Radius Parent Portal, if you click on your name, you will see the following drop-down menu:

Account settings (settings for email notifications – to opt-out)
Change password
Edit profile*

Click edit in the upper right side of the page to change:

Labels for various phone numbers (e.g., parents can choose labels they prefer such as Parent 1, Parent 2, Mother 1, Father 1, Mother 2, Father 2, etc.)
Email address
Mailing address
Phone numbers
Work address

Please note that should you choose to not have your information appear to Caedmon families, please tick the DNP (Do Not Publish) box above your name.

The phone number that occurs on Class Lists is the number that is posted under “Phone”. However, the other phone numbers are available to Caedmon families in the Student Parent Directory located on the left-hand side in the red banner of the Radius Parent Portal

What Can I Find in "My Documents?"

Reference your child’s enrollment contract at any time here
View your child’s report card

How Do I Complete Re-enrollment?

Under Radius Parent Portal Dashboard, you will see a picture of your child.
Click on “Go to re-enrollment steps”.

Contract: View and sign by clicking the View/Sign button.

Deposit: Click “Pay now” button to make payment.

Returning families, proceed to Dismissal Instructions and Emergency Contact Form. Click on View Form to enter or update information.

School Dismissal Manager (SDM)

The Caedmon School uses an industry leading, on-line dismissal management system called School Dismissal Manager(SDM). See this video for a brief introduction. It is dependable, easy-to-use, and can be updated by parents and guardians from the convenience of their smartphones, tablets, and PCs. Through the on-line dismissal management system, you can:

Schedule early departures from school
Schedule after-school activities such as extended day and After School classes
Make dismissal changes as late as 2:30 p.m. on the current day

SDM generates a dismissal report that is emailed to your student’s teacher and the Caedmon Front Desk.

Seesaw

Seesaw is a student-driven digital portfolio that empowers students and teachers to document all the learning and special events that happen at school. In your child's journal you will find a variety of photos, videos, digital work samples, and classroom announcements from throughout the school year.

*Seesaw journals are private by default, and journals are only accessible to teachers, students in the class, and a student's approved family members.
